A user-run mental health centre  we have been up and running since 2003 to advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to mental health issues. A registered charity and company we support many user-run groups with mental health problems and encourage people from all ethnic backgrounds to take up available space at the centre. This service promotes and protects the health, confidence and well being of people with mental health issues living in London Borough of Tower Hamlets through the provision of user-led support, education and self-help activities in a safe and friendly environment, working towards recovery.
