Grounded Ecotherapy
Grounded Ecotherapy is a Horticultural therapy group which promotes good mental health & well-being.
Volunteers and staff have lived experience of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health and recovery.
We offer outdoor work, training, support and an opportunity to help improve local environments and making public spaces more attractive.
