Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham Mental Health Support Service assists clients with a wide range of issues affecting their lives to determine what support they need to be more independent in the community.

The Mental Health Support Service provides a generic one-to-one support for clients with long term needs to access mental health service provisions.

The aim of the service provides the individual with:

• Support based on clearly identified aims and outcomes for each service user

• one to one support

• Access to group activities

• prevent social exclusion through signposting and access to appropriate services.
