Our practice was founded in the 1950's by Leonard Belson, who practiced under the name of E. Godfrey Opticians due to his close association with well ow local GP Dr. Mark Godfrey.

The practice is now run by Leonard's sons Simon and Seth Belson, and with the team being joined by Simon's son Ethan the practice is now a third generation family business.

COVID-19 Update: the practice is closed until further notice to personal callers.
