What your service now offers?

The service provides information and support to families and friends supporting someone affected by mental illness in Tower Hamlets. We offer a range of services including one to one support, access to support groups and respite opportunities, ways to get involved and have a say about local services, attendance and support at care planning meetings and Caring and Coping training courses.

We work with you to support your recovery and help you to understanding mental illness and have a life outside your caring role.
