We provide a day programme which includes Breakfast,Lunch Sauna, Acupuncture, Group Therapy, Goal Settings, Relaxation, Helathy Living and Lifestyle, Life skills Group.
Aftercare- Recovery Support, Healthy Living/ lifestyle, Group Talk Therapy, Life skills/ Dinner, Relapse Prevention, Social Interaction, Tea, Coffee, Community Group.

Referral forms can be requested via email or phone.

Referrals can be made via email, phone or coming into the office where the admin will do the referral form with the clients and then that will be handed over to the manager of the programmes.
Client will be called in within 2-3days to be given an appointment where the assessment will be done and an allocated keyworker.
